I also hope that the hourly rate your going to be offering, is going to be better than what some of the other employment agency's advertise on the scaffolder's forum.

Varies dependant on the client

Most recent has been

for part 2 or advanced

basic £13.50 phr

after 40 hours £18.15 phr

after 52 hours £22.80 phr

Before that was

£12.50 flat

I always try and get the best pay rate as i intend to retain our workers keeping them with us from site to site,

With agency regulations now after 12 weeks with a client, the pay and entitlements will be the same as a full timer.

Very sory but as an agency, it would be ileagle to pay for living expenses,

we generally only recruit locally or people with transport and happy to travel

If you can get the best rate possible from the client and reciprocate it to the lads I am sure you will end up with a skilled, loyal and reliable workforce.
