I am an experienced Estimator and Contracts Manager but never got my SMSTS.
I have worked with various estimating programmes including CASE and CADS.
I am willing to work anywhere in the country and pay for my own lodgings if the wage can cover it.
I have an NVQ4 in Construction Site Management and also have the CSCS Manager's Black Card which has 5 years remaining.

I am based in Skegness but have worked in London, Birmingham, Sheffield and most recently Buxton.

Lodgings usually cost around £300 to £350 a month and easily obtained.

We have recently successfully recruited an Estimator, but an increase in workload means that we are looking for another experienced Scaffold Estimator to join the team. Well established as a major player within the Airport, Network Rail / LUL, Power, and Media and Events industries, this represents an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in a range of works guaranteed tochallenge and enhance your estimating skills. You will be responsible for pricing specialist scaffold structures, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, and working with them togenerateinnovative accesssolutions. You will be confident with new technology including Microsoft Office and preferably a computer aided scaffolding estimating package. Able to work autonomously, you will be a strong team player, comfortableworking to tight timescales. The role calls for some travel within the UK and a full driving licence is required. The position is available immediately.

Estimator - Commercial Manager

Was talking to one of the Lyndon guys in the city last week, word is supervisor and estimators required in the North, not sure which branch.
