I represent a well established and prestigious recruitment company with over 25 years of top quality customer service behind us, and some of you will know me or have even worked on site with me on a roof project...anywhere from Portsmouth to Newcastle......

I am currently seeking experienced CISRS carded scaffolders in the North West to put forward to clients of our expanding industrial division.

I have several clients who may require additional teams for ongoing contracts,and holiday cover.
There will be the opportunity to register in the next 2 weeks but only suitable candidates will be put forward to the clients.

Hello Gary,welcome to the forum,i might be able to help you at weekends in a supervisory role now the summers nearly at an end if thats of any use to you,is it mainly roofs?i could possibly supply a team of 6-9 experienced roof scaffs,also at weekends if the dough was reasanable;)

Hi BigFish..basically the situation is I am of scaff background and have loads of old clients and contacts from my tfb supply days..i started working in recruitment at my freinds business and suggested i could develop some good work thru this network. i have got some good jobs with good scaff firms lined up and am not just a massive agency who want to eat the staff alive and pay em beans for grafting! ...my plan is simple, a few good clients who struggle to give the scaffs gauranteed ongoing employment, by shifting a few gangs around i can keep all the lads on site, and all the clients using us.. I will only take really strong, driven lads (i know its hard to find great scaffs and i want the dedicated ones and will get good graft!) Our company traditionally supplies drivers and factory but this operation is my baby.. the rates of pay will depend on the clients but the idea is to pay good rates and maintain a small group of lads in constant work which as you know is hard to get thesedays.....if interested still then send me a number and I will call you to discuss it ...your support is appreciated, if your happy with what I tell you please help me out and talk to your colleagues and friends...........I have trained loads of lads nationally on Ubix other products and i have good rep (i think!!) hope this helps..

I appreciate that agency dont have good reputation in this game....but I am ex scaff industry and our company is genuinely a great company...I am personally setting up the scaffolding arm and having trained lads all over uk in past 10 years and I think the scaffs i know would say I am good guy and can be trusted...I do not ******** people and make no false promises...i truly believe i can provide good work ongoing and pay good rates for it....I hope you will give me a chance and put yourself forward for the opportunity...you wont be disappointed....Gary The Ubixman Holding
 
Thanks Inertia, i am about to meet with a client so will check it and contact you later...have read your posts and rest assured i am NOT attached any of those "big animals" that only want slave labour or to collect cvs...I am here to get lads into work and to maintain it...give me a chance and try a site for me you wont regret it.
