Driver / scaffolder - newcastle upon tyne, tyne and ne12 (4 Viewers)

yea but it appears that between this thread and the other one even he couldnt justify his actions and he's chosen to disappear.
oh dear we will miss him im sure.

Give the lad a chance if he is giving scaffolders employment in these hard times and is willing to set people on before christmas fair play to him, as for getting paid monthly surely the firm will tell them this before they start, then it is up to the individual to decide wether to start or not

read the two threads he has been involved in and you will see my point.

he got people to come on and defend them then came on himself and proved he is nothing but a cowboy.
even threatened slander actions lol fool

still here guys sorry been away a while been rounding up my herd with tonto and killing a few indians
i didnt know i had to justify myself to you's and as you are all aloud to give your opinions i thought i was aloud to give mine
obviously i am a fool, cowboy and alot of other things on here but i employ alot of guys who want to work for me instead of chasing the rainbow and as they turn up for work and get paid for it and i never have to lay them off due to lack of work i must be doing something right
its a free world we live in and everyone is entitled to their opinion and i dont take anything personally feel free to have your opinion and banter

i didnt know we had a sister company so this is news to me i think i do know where and when you are on about and the work was for bellways at seaton deleval site and the company you are referring to as a sister company was R BAU well i can tell you from the horses mouth that its called helping another company out when they need assistance and i am sure you cannot complain about the work we did if i am correct in thinking this is the job we did and yes we do still have a female scaffolder working for us and she has come through the apprenticeship scheme and is now a basic part 2 nvq level 2 scaffolder with a CISRS card and she could probably show alot of so called MALE scaffolders a thing or 2 with ALUSTAR SYSTEM SCAFFOLDING (sorry ali kwikform by using pasma tickets)

Tell Paul to get his info right then, instead of bullshitting me....... no wonder Interserve are now taking his work.

tell him yourself that would be better i think
maybe it has something to do with price and interserve buying work

Not slagging your Staff mate or in fact you, however, where did the lads get there Butts,21's, and doubles too raker the job up? and did the guys just 'Beam me up Scotty' on to the top lift,or was there a pole ladder , supplied by someone.

2xlifts with alustar,no AGR to reach the roof, shaking like a sheep sh1tting razor blades springs to mind. Short memories, and i will not even mention why you's had to come back, for a day one basic error.

Anyway, bye the bye, all water under the bridge now. Any chance of a job;) T&F is too heavy for this old soldier now.:D:D:D

from what i've been told from lads that have worked there, this company is best avoided like the plaque!

Any firm paying £300 a week needs avoiding... let alone fukin advertising their wan.k job on here...

probably are decent jobs ,lads have gotta support there familys if theyve got to bite the bullet and graft for ezee then thats just 1 of them things, i went up invergordon for mick, money was sound, didnt get bumped or **** all
