second from right looks like Mike Smaznick works at Mac Cardiff?

Welcome to the forum John but try posting in the main forum and you will get all the help you need. I don't know the details but from the little I know you will have to start at the bottom with the young guns I'm afraid no matter how many years you have been in the game, I could be wrong though.
