Don't work for this mob lads that are based in nottingham cos they will rip you off n want you to work all the hrs going for nothing extra!!
 
They are from nottingham mate n ran bye a guy called gary buckley and roland and can tell you this mate!, I worked for them and still waiting to get paid after 4wks

I've given up trying to get my money from them mate and don't want another lad getting ripped off bye them and should stay clear off them

Nothing worse m8, tryin to make a living and these feckers dont pay you, they should be jailed the c@nts

You can go to your local county court and get an N1 claim form. You dont need a soliciter for this. There will be a fee to log the claim. Fee is sometimes waived if your out of work or suffering financial hardship. If you use a soliciter you wont get his fee,s back. You need to send a letter to the defendent giving him 7 days to pay up,and telling them you intend to take them to court if they dont pay up. keep copies of letters and claim forms. Failing this i'd stick the pair of them with a butt.
 
Or contact your local friendly debt collector ,after all you are owed money

I was thinking of doing that myself a few months back.
I pm'd the Admin and he wasnt too happy about it, though he didnt disapprove.

The reason behind it was the fact that some firms would take legal action against the forum if the claims were proved to be false or named just because someone has got a private grudge against the said firm.

After that I decided not to go through with it.

Bit of a double-edged sword where the admin is concerned, though in my eyes its a brilliant idea on paper.

Go to citizens advice,they will tell you how to go about it, or they may even do it for you as they did mine. They might even tell you to get in touch with ACAS. Good luck.
 
Thought about it but then someone can set up blame and shame against scaffolder and this would be dangerous too because of divide in opinions relativity and personal grudges....
