I think thats a good thing. It will stop illegal immigrants getting work as scaffolders and bringing the rate down. In many countries it is illegal not to carry official proof of identity at all times.

Try getting a passport with your NI number or driving licence. With all these Islamist extremists and brits becoming Islamic extremists the UK needs to tighten up security.
Its easy to get a birth certificate.

You will get that anywhere you go now mate.

RTI information needs to be 100% accurate or it is impossible to pay someone.

For this, you need proof of who you are.

Just do a deed poll template and get a witness to sign it.

No need for a lawyer to draught a deed poll.
