well if the agencys are not paying digs radius etc does that mean they are pocketing said monies???dont think so the main contractors are the architects of these conditions i bet there are decent agencys out there im sure this one in my mind comesunder this banner.the blue book status is at present under attack from major construction companies who want rid of it before the onset of the new power station building program they are THE main danger to all the agreements what we have at present not the agencys.PS IN NO WAY AM I CONNECTED TO THE AGENCY IN QUESTION OR EVER HAVE BEEN.
 
I worked for Hertel a while ago on a blue book site, 90 miles each way and they refused point blank to pay me lodge.
I was told either sign a waiver form or get your notice (2hrs as it was my my 3rd week there)
Unfortunately for the boys they have now lost that contract but I can't feel sorry for the management.
