Bobby I think you will find out that the blue- book rate shown is just flat cap mate. Blue book usually consists of a flat cap rate + around 2.00 bonus ph and thats without overtime rate after working over the 8 hr day.
Dont quote me on this but the extras make the wage and not the flat cap.

blue book rates need to revamp their rates basically you get all your entitlements so they say but always manage to f.uck your bonus up and you have to live on the job just to drag a bag of sand fooking shyte if you ask me but the boiler suit scaff heroes love it and to be honest that grand is only made up by you sacrificing your weekend by doing 2 x 12 hr shifts this is why there as been a shift of old hands working abroad to get away from all this boll.ocks who can blame them.

Its at veola deptford usual low PAYE but as quoted overtime rates and bonusvbring it up.
