SO MORE RELAXED NOW. When i look back on the last 3 years doing night shift supervisor for BBCEL and takeing most of the crap dished out by day shift and night shift so called leaders i feel so more relaxed now.For a start not so much paper work now and more freedom to get the jobs done and no more back stabbing from others scaffolding supervisors who i found out were only trying to make a name for them selfs by telling lies and creeping.HAS ANY OTHER SCAFFS HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS SORT OF PROBLEM AND WHY ARE BACK STABBERS LIKE THAT.
 
Been stabbed up loads mate !! I now ware full body armour,and a rear view mirror !!! I find that the "stabbers" are usualy incompetent,bottless fcukers......Had an incident just recently,luckily I got tipped off by an insider,and turned the tables on the mug,quick sharp like.....low down filth mate...!

back stabin this game has been full of back stabers since year dot it will never change just dont tell nobody nothin they dont need to no -simple as
 
its the back stabbing ***** houses that get the work ? any time im doing my gaffer and any the ass holes try and grass there fellow scaffs up , they are quickly replaced ? cos its only a matter of time they do it to you.
If other gaffers did the same , instead of having grasses and making them up then the game would be better, but the gaffers who are useless need the grasses ? does that make sense
