I'm looking for work in Hampshire as well mate, everything has all gone quite as its this side of Xmas. Where you from mate?
 
Dazzer have you tried gildans, Southampton firm I think the got some wimpey sites around your area

Or try Rbs
 
I've just been laid off from gildans mate there going quite. RBS ain't looking either they just ask you to send a cv in so they can keep it on file.
I'm waiting on a phone call from champion group you could try them.
 
Champions apparently can be ruthless at crimbo but they seem to have a lot of sites

Champions were looking for scaffs on there site, you could be right though. I've phoned all the companies you said and I got all them not looking at the mo. NJS i was sposed to be going on there when I was laid off as I used to work for the new contracts manager but they are quite as we'll. Who do you work for mr b?
 
I'm well up for it mate, the only thing is I don't drive I've been getting trains into work would that be a problem?
What's the wages I'm basic Scaff?

It's about 4 miles away from train station , where are you coming from?
 
I'm coming from portsmouth, is there no station nearer the site or is reading the only station?

thanks for helping lads i,m working for ant structures at the mo til hadleys pick up on the railways who i work for full time i was just looking for a bit of work in between.
I worked for champions for 5 1/2 years and your right they are not looking at the mo.They can be ruthless but i done allright with them you just have to get on with your work and you will be fine just like most companies.
 
I applied at ant structures, where they based i think applied at where Gemini riteway was based in porchester. I think there ant structures but they said they wasn't looking for scaffs
 
Yes it is former gemini and only been working for the andover depot for a couple of days and i,m pretty sure one of the drivers said it was shut or being shut down
 
I used to work at that branch when it was Gemini mate do you no if they need any more scaffs?
