Just a quick question if I may....If you can't guarantee 5 days a week, what's the point of advertising for extra staff?? You may as well give a full weeks work for the blokes you have got!! Or maybe your just advertising the company???

We cannot guarantee MORE than 5 days , a lot of enquiries are asking if we do Saturday and Sunday work - Which if we can help it we do not.

Shame that because if I'm working away from home I want to be at work & not stuck in the digs/pub or wasting money travelling up & down every weekend.
I may still be tempted if the rates are good though. Got my part 1, NEBOSH, slinging winching & banksman, harness inspector, Plettac ticket, PASMA, safety passport, & a clean license with 7.5 tonne category.
Working for an agency at the moment & looking to get back on the books.
I'll give you a ring in the morning, see what's what.

Flat 5 days is fukking crap...
Site work too...?

Like He Who Dares Wins said: Why not add weekends and give your own blokes some more in their pocket?

Or are you one of those firms who refuse to pay Scaffolders a shift for a Saturday morning?

To be fair to them here seabro are a good firm from what i have heard...at the end of the day its there business and they say what goes, if 5 days at decent money aint enough then dont apply, but work is work and im sure some scaffs would be glad of it......

I just read the SeaBro post back and noticed it says "nor can we guarantee MORE THAN 5 days a week work"

Suggesting that Saturdays do occur just don't build your life or your income/budget around working 6/7 days a week.

Any truth in this?

just be careful of this mob ive got a few lads who have worked for seebro be lucky if you get a full weeks work no price work most companies want there men on target

So have part1 scaffs completed their portfolio then?
