I think the blue book shafts trainees mate I remember a couple of scaffs starting at DSL, they hadnt done final assesment and were therefor classed as trainees. girl in the office gave them 2 options, trainee rate or labourers rate an they took the labourers rate (£12.12) as it was more than the trainees rate. How the f.uck does that work? Guys learning the job get paid less than the dogsboddy passing the material? Don't seem fair to me, they may have since changed this but this was the script in 2012
 
Just got laid off from this company they only seemed to employe me just for the outage in Didcot

still the same rick!! capes human resorses save all the pennys they can myself and 2 others that work for capes have passed the final assecement but!!! they wont paye the lads unless they can show the tickets there happy to paye £9.92 and get work from them untill they see the ticket fax up:mad: probably why there makeing millions tossers!!!! were also paying these guys advanced ecitb before they done the trainning!!! like people say on capes they want the yes yes yes men what they dont realise there just numbers your go as quick as you start
