We are inviting applications from individuals that would like to express an interest in working for Cape during 2013 Outage season. Scaffolder at all levels are encouraged to apply.

You will be responsible for carrying out Scaffolding works in a safe, competent manner and in line with both Cape systems and the limits of your own qualification(s). You will be proactive in collecting Work Order Cards in order to maintain productivity, and shall be rigorous in ensuring that risk assessments are carried out prior to the commencement of work. Whilst reporting to your supervisor, or charge-hand you will also be responsible (in limited circumstances) for the monitoring of any junior employees such as scaffold labourers who are working within your squad.

You will hold a relevant scaffold qualification, as well as CCNSG Safety passport

Just come off cottam . They always seem to keep deadwood ( mates of mates)? Typical capes. B.i.s took most of capes work.

Forgot to say must like standing round for 12hrs a day seven days a week (with pay)!!

Alright Midge,I'm glad someone else knows what a pile of **** Capes are.You must be desperate to work for them.
 
LOL at the min a jobs a job daz there's not a lot of work around atm I'd love to never work for um agian but you can't burn your bridges but hopfull bis will get the outage next year so no more cape thankgod

what are blue book rates at the minute I am getting told different at the moment
