Matthew, I understand what you're saying and it’s as frustrating for us as well when the job doesn’t last as long as expected. All we can do is pass on the information that is provided to us from our client and hope it pans out like that. But to be fair on this occasion we have been on site and seen the program and can see what we have quoted to be true on this occasion.

See wat ur saying vital resources . Maybe need to look at ur clients as u making urself look un professional when u offer a couple weeks work , clock out the 2 nd day and ur laid off . Harsco are flooding this site every time to get work done ASAP without a thought for the labour .

They don't want a 100 scaffs at all, about 15-20 tops, I'm on there full time with harsco and there's already about 6 lads on there through agency at the min, there's three separate shut downs coming up each lasting about two weeks each but will mainly be manned with the locals first.
