Right lads, im looking for 10 Senior Scaffold Managers for a Project in Australia full remuneration packages available, minimum of 5 yrs in a management role on Industrial Blue Chip Sites, Salary is negotionable and will be discussed with likely candidates, sadly theres nothing for supervisors, chargehands, Inspectors or Scaffolders at this time, there building the management team first before landing others, please dont bank on it lads because the visa thing is still an ongoing issue...the sooner they agree it the better for all, if this suits you send CV inc copies of all certs: colin@unifiedsourcing.com thanks lads keep you posted on any progress...

On a single project?

A recipe for disaster as well as a waste of money.

Has to be one top class man to oversee the lot with a few other good guys (section off the site) who oversee the top class chargehands who oversee their own gangs.

Will need a dedicated transport team too by the sound of it
 
If you are looking for Senior Scaffold Managers for Blue Chip projects why start off with "Right Lads".????

However some of the planned projects in Australia are massive, some will have 4 or 5 trains being constructed.
Also as these projects are in remote areas they take a lot of metciulous planning to ensure manpower and materials are available to meet the high demands and schedules.
Should be arround 350k a year plus house, transport etc.

i have got mates who know colin and have spoke to him myself and i must say he seems like a good bloke and my mates who know him well will say the same about him to
 
yes andy,but mates is mates,but work is work mate totally different ball game then when is comes to money,with the way everything is at the moment mate.

saying andy the guys may be ok but why does this job need 10 managers,and if i"m right reading other comments,there be on about 350k a yr plus house,i dont think so andy,seems very far fetch tobe mate.not saying anything about colin and dave,you know them i dont,but 10 managers come on andy,no comany needs that number.

Good luck Kevin. Companies offices are at 1 Canada Square i think. thats Canary Wharf....theres loads of forum members who did the hanger round the top :D

I know a job out there where a supervisor is on 260k and only looks after 5 scaffolders. Some of these projects require massive numbers of staff.
Are you throwing your cap in to the ring Stephenrobert and sending off your CV?

The 10 managers are not all for one job and if you no this company they have a lot of laggers working over there. The problem is a visa one they dont take scaffolder just like they dont take laggers there under the name of sheet metal workers. so if you want a chance of the job send your cv mate??

I know Colin, never liked him, very arrogant. A friend of mine put him in his place when he pointed his finger in my mates face. He bent it back so much Colin was on the floor almost in tears
