Hello All,

We are currently looking for Experienced Scaffolders to work on a Portsmouth Based Project for immediate starts. Must be experienced and have CSCS, AND CISRS part 2.

must be loads of lads looking for work if the rate of pay is any good

MOST OF LADS WILL BE IN THE DOCKYARDS
 
Its paying £12.50 per hour, not the best but our hands are tied on this one.
 
you want good men for 3 weeks work in portsmouth for £12.50ph?

As teeside say's, a sense of humour & thick skin is required. Its getting harder to earn a buck.
 
You have a hat? what you need one of them for? I thought it was people like you who sit on their asses all day in an office trying to get mugs to actually graft all day for 12.50ph

Pompey if I have to do hard graph I will do, but im no clown, and I wouldnt graph for 12.50ph for no1.
If you must know ive earmed more money today in 7 and a half hours than what any mug has earned on there in 10.

Its idiots like you who will work all that day for 12.50ph that fooks it up for the lot of us. People seem to forget, its the scaffolders that make the agencys the money, not the other way round. Do you work weekends for flat rate aswell by any chance?

Gaz,well said mate thats exactly whats happening in the game today. With guys like pompeyscaff in the game it can only get worse.
 
Hey Chaps, I did say the rate was crap, lets not undermine what you blokes do. I've already thought the corner, your input helps me go back to have it out. Theres no argument that these type of rates undervalue the market.

Why do you think the job is being advertised, I could fill it ten times over with proper man rates.
