Hi,Vancouver/London boy etc left us of his own accord,despite why he may say about TRAD he was for the most part Competent and Reliable and an asset and although we assume that he would not want to return he certainly would not be excluded from being considered were he to apply for a position although he would have some Bridges to mend !

Some irritation on our part in relation to some posts he has made should not be taken as an inference on his ability or character.

And just for the record we take people for what they are and Nationality or what part of the UK they come from is irrelevant,regards TRAD.

Being irritating is all part and parcel of being involved with the forum Neil, it's nothing personal against Trad, everyone receives the same treatment on here.
I for one applaud your decision to re employ me, When do i start back in the office?

Hi,the Forum is anonymous by its very nature so a posters identity as with all other Members will not be disclosed but your assumption on the poster for TRAD is wrong,have a good weekend and kind regards TRAD.
 
The forum wasnt founded on anonimity but developed into such, which in turn has left it open to many people having multi accounts allowing them to use them for tongue in cheek posts & banter.
But many of the regular & serious posters on here pm each other & friendships & bonds have been formed & drwgs & other info shared & true identies exchanged -& so, many instances have been included in the open forum where there true names have been stated without a problem or complaint.
You are obviously a well educated & articulate buisness man with much to share on the forum. And i for one dont understand why u insist on your anonimity whist posting for a organisation the size of trad.

Tony mileham promised us 10 hours everyday which wud make it worth goin for got there monday did induction then a few hours later to be told its only 8 hours!!! keep ya 8 hours al keep the expensive harness as payment!!!!!
 
When will agency's stop blaming the client and the client blaming the agency's, last three starts 7 days a week was 6, 5 x10 and 8 sat, rate was wrong what they said in week and the sat was £2 hour less, then the next was 5 x 10 hrs and 8 sat, no sat and 8 hrs x 5 and I don't want to even mention the 3rd. But when your employed by an agency and then don't get paid, because there client hasn't paid them, is that my problem. When will Nasc step in on there members that have to employ a certain percent of workforce direct. Also most company's seem to being having problems with agency's well Fxxk them off and employ men direct. Then Mr Trad we wouldnt have these problems, lets get back to working for a firm, that you put the graft in for them, then you look after your men, don't treat them as just a Fxxking number. That's applys to all the firms not just you Trad, so don't take it personal. Your not saving money employing agency's it is short sighted. Employ men direct train them, ticket them and look after them, and 99 percent of the time they will represent your company with glowing colours and bring jobs in on time, safely and be an asset to you. Bit of a rant, not sleeping that well in my car.

I Couldnt of said it any better myself!!! a few firms want to look at this n take into consideration that if they look after lads wi the money they wnt jack at the drop of a hat n leave them in the s**t !!!
