Asw scaffolding dont pay there dues

Hi lads I was recently out of work for a while due to a family member not being well and when I returned to work I started working for the Agency sphere solutions who subbed me to the Firm ASW who are based in Oxford I was told the rate was £17.50 an hr 8 hrs a day not the best for a travelling lad but certainly a foot back on the working ladder I worked my hrs and when I received my pay slip via Email the following week I realised I had only been paid 7 hrs a day so I rang the agency who informed me they would speak to the firm owner steve white and get back to me wen I didn't hear anything from then I rang back and was told I ring myself as he (james Edgeington ) had not been successful in resolving the matter due to the fact the owner hadnt got back to him he also told me this was not the first time this had happened and was considering taking them off his list of clients so I rang the superviser who also told he would try to resolve it but to no avail so now it seems im out of pocket 6hrs @ £17.50 and now I feel iv been left with no option but make all lads out there aware of this firm ASW so to any lads who work for agencies pls do not do any work for this firm as I swear you will not get what you are due in relation to your wages PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MOB THEY UNDER PAY AND DONT CARE AS THEY JUST CLASS YOU AS A SUBBIE WHO IS WORTHLESS well let's see how they get on NOW
 
Welcome jon and maybe this will help them see they can't do thos to ppl as it wrong maybe just maybe ill get what is owed to me fingers crossed for it hey

right, morning guys. i have worked for asw, and have had no problems direct always paid and to me paid well. he may be classing it as a lunhc hour? as i know on asw you have your breaks. im not any way pRt of asw but do know the supervisor and knows for a fact Tim isnt out there to shaft. im not undermining your situation and boy **** me i hate problems with pay. but cant you get hold of that steve? have u not got a right num for him?
 
Joe iv also worked for asw direct and had no issuse with my money but this it seems he has been doing this to the agency lad / subbies fpr a while and are start time was 730 til 430 so thats 9 hrs a day minus ya not getting paid ya lunch which iv always assumed a man was entitled to a 20 minute paid break for every 4 hrs work but have recently been told no not on an agency when in fact iv been paid on full shift allowances whilst working for a number of agencies in my time and the number I have for steve is correct to my knowledge as he gave it too me himself a yr ago when he offered me a start

All scaff I believe it down to both of them after all 1 subbed me out and the other under paid me joint venture
 
That's why agencies pay you through umbrella companies
You have no rights
Can do **** all about it
And pay them for the privalage
