evening all

I'm currently a basic scaffolder with 6 years experience in tube & fitting. I went down to work on the Olympics, beginning of last year. I was working with numerous types of (layer/system) scaffold. since I left the events company several weeks ago ( due to the type of work (in my eyes) dying down! (less than 10 hrs. a day, 6-7 days a week dying down) :nuts:

Any way I don't suppose you want to read my life story! so I'll cut it short :laugh:

I've been approached by a very good, well known local (tube & fit) scaffolding firm, from where I live. that he has plans for a big job but can only use layer system.

My question is - can any one help me with a phone number, company, link or web site so I can pass it on to a few lads so they can get there cards ready. I will post it on the forum as well in case there's lads that live near by the job, who already have the card needed ;)

that's what I like to see......... hardly no job offers for scaffolders :-D

can tell its summer.............. scaffolders getting asked on a daily basis to go work for them lol
ive had 4 offers already 2day, and I only jack'd Friday!! at least let me have weekend off lol

is the question ur looking for blokes with layher ticket or u want to do it? Prob not read it properly sorry
 
If you have a CISRS card already and want endorsed with Layher you need to do a 2 day course at a registered centre.Ring Layher and they can advise you of costs and book courses dependant on where in UK you prefer to do your training and availability.

Bobby is it write the Chinese copy stuff the braces wouldn't fit?

simian risks do the lahyer course they currently hav guys up on grangemouth puttin dsl guys through it.

Yes that's right mate I forgot all about that yep I was mostly striking but can remember struggling with the braces when we were erecting might have been too short or too long again can't remember have you used the chinky version as well then fella
 
only used the genuine stuff but been told there was loads of problems with the Chinese crap
hope you earned some good money working with it !!!!
