Scaffs, went to a job today a bovis job. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a foot scaffold less than a foot high with handrail round it fully toe boarded and yes brick guarded. What the fu*k is going on with health n safety, I was speaking to another scaff on the site and he told me when they had a load of boards sent out once they were all used up health n safety went round the scaffold and noticed that the boards never had the British standard stamp on the band so they had to change them all. Hahahaha quiliaty lol

At least Lend Lease (or was it Bovis homes?) will pay for all of this extra nonsense.

As far as I am concerned, if people want to pay for scaffolding then they can have as much as they want.

Don't knock it lads.

The work at height regulation states from any height which is likely to cause injury.Never forget this regulation keeps about 30,000 men working (HAPPY DAYS)

i know guys that have snapped their ankle on less than 12" so bovis are covering their arse and complying with the w@h;)
