Scaffolders required in London Bridge, must have PTS and already inducted by main contractor on site (Costain)

Start date: 23/02/13
12 hours per day

Part 1 £13 p/h
Part 2 & Advance £16.50 p/h

It's for millcroft working a long side palmers it's for three days I think it's possion work worked on there last year tony a guy from millcroft was runing he spot on this right staff for you always paid the lads but there money never went in to late Friday dinner and he is full of sh.t:mad:
 
This agency must have made a fortune off this job when another agency can pay £25 p/h + digs for the same work
 
Fed up with agency's its about time we all stood together again and demand a set hourly rates of pay at least £20-£22 an hr.we are in the year 2013 not 1989 when there was hardly any agencys around there making a small fortune out of us. Rant over.

It's not for millcroft, they all left the week before Xmas,
The work is for palmers, and it's all dog work,
the job is that bad everyone has jacked and they have no one left to strike what little remains, you will be treated like dog ****,
You get 1, yes 1, 30 min break in the 12 hour nightshift,
if you complain, they tell you get your spanners and leave if you don't like it.
Yes we all know its against the law, but that's how they are running the job.
So just be careful lads, give it a wide birth.
And that rate is shocking for PTS work,

With a name like ratwell it says it all! £16.50 an hour is a ******* pisstake! I hope you get bummed tonight walking home! Cos that's what your trying to do to the lads!

Mightmouse I was one of the lads who got finished before Xmas I was on days I have had a call to go back I can't say to much on here m8 but millcroft mite be going back on its not set in stone but your right about the donkey work we got it last time :idea:
 
Tec source lads had to leave because palmers never told network rail,
that the owner of tec source was an employee of palmers,
network rail found out and were not happy,
why do you think tec source are not advertising for lads to go back on.
Some say network rail have told costain,
Palmers are not getting phase 2, no matter how well they've done,
They got the roof off, 27 shifts ahead of the programme, and £500,000 under budget too.
 
im pretty sure theres a similar situation with Vital resources and Interslave/RMD Kwikform , could be wrong but i think i seen something about it a while ago , the companys realised they should have their own agency , why pay crazy fees to agency when they can pay themselves and negate their responsibilitys..

Tec Source are sending guys back down from next Saturday mate,
guy a was down there with got the call on Tuesday, then another one on Wednesday,
prob not advertising cause there phoning round everyone they had down there first, might have to advertise though as most have ****** it off from what I've been told cause its that **** a job.
Alan Curran was the man that worked for Palmers,
that's how they got there foot in the door at Waverley then on to London Bridge
