He has more IOSH's and SSTMS's after his name than you could shake a stick at.
Still a lot of the overseas jobs set a high perameter initially such as Russian/French/Arabic speaking etc. They soon lose that though if they can't find such an animal so worth putting your hat in.I know a fair few guys working out in Russia/ khazakstan etc and they can't speak a word of the lingo.
Nothing ventured nothing gained.
