You could speak to Jamie Munro but he's posted all he knows about it in another thread. I have spoken to somebody who knows the new managers or supervisors who are gonna be running the show, can't say who i'm afraid and he told me it'll be mid march for the man up at the earliest.

Salamis have got it, can't believe no 1 nos there's been plenty of posts about it! There manning up now I'm going up on Tuesday! It's the gaffas that are getting people ie there pals there pals pals and there pals pals pals also there aunties cousins sisters half brother in law! Can't see globtek recruiting anyone for here
 
Wizzing it's the same everywhere now all managers looking after there family rest of us just get passed about pal only chance you got is if you find the gaffers see they have any daughters and get settled down pal :)
 
iam on the job in runcorn all the gaffas and suppervision have just left to go up and run it. The names are irvin davis and cat, two blokes from yorkshire. Its on tens at the moment think it works out at about 3600 a trip. Not the best considering how bloody far it is away oh and your sharing in bunk beds.
 
iam on the new incinerator for interserve. Possibly two years mate, but no traveling scaffs on there mate. Theres been about a dozen or so men ie chargehands tag men who have gone up to the shetlands in the last two weeks. Early days yet it dosen't look at the moment like its all its craked up to be, with regaurd to the money. But like i said early day.
 
It's only on 10s at the min going to 12s soon! Which will put it up to about £4000 for your month! Not bad really considering your off for a week! Beats working on a powerstation getting a long weekend home a month, time u get home it's nearly time to go back You get 5 weeks holiday per yer up there so it s not that bad to be honest!
 
never said it was a bad job just not all its been made out to be is it. Dont forget your out in all the wether all the time for a extra 100 quid a week. And if that plane dosen't take off your not getting home. Give it a couple of months to settle down and well all know what the crack is, good luck lads anyway.
 
Aye well see mate, if there's no planes there is a ferry which takes 12 hrs lol it's meant to be bouncing all over aswell

Your right mate sounds about as good as your gonna get in the uk for money and time off.
