That's cr*p I was getting that last year in ireland and that was just lodge and travel
Then €20 euro an hour so no wonder you aint found any lads for that money

The way I see it is run the job on a 4 week on 2 off full travel and accom paid let's say £1200 take home and £250 a week retainer paid when you return.
Start off with 28 blokes and work the rotation from there.
Happy days lads happy and company getting not hassle off the client.

thanks henry, i have since been in touch with andrew from census contracting, i was under the impression it was £550 a week for a 5day 8 hours, with wkend a bonus, i have since found out it is 10 hour days, 6 days a week, off on sunday, i am now trying to get £250 a day from him, he didnt say no, so im hopeful, will let you know asap:

It's 18e per hour 6 days a week make you own way to holland that's around 150 per day! Can get that on the door step!

cheers dido, i am treading carefully, i would like to know if theres anybody you know already out there. but i wont go for any less than £250 a day,
