X2 Part 2 Scaffolders

Why are these piss takers allowed to post there **** jobs with **** rates on scaffolders forum,they should get a large **** off.No wonder the game has gone down the pan.
 
your proud that you have filled your vacancey with a derisory wage,hope it wasnt any forum members thats all i can say.there is a lesson to all scaffs here to be heeded,an employer openly on gloating that they getting away with paying way under what your worth,much more perusal must be taken when allowing job snips on the forum.
 
As a business you have to tender for work and being an agency you have to compete with rates from other angencies, so our margains & rates may not have been the best but I feel that £12 for local labour in the Manchester area is sufficent. From the calls (over 20) I had I didnt have any objections to the rate.

you had an ad not long ago for advance scaffs,13pound an hour..........correct?do you truley think that is anywhere sufficent bearing in mind your ad is for selfemployment????all that your actively doing is battering down wages ie poorer wages for the operative and what i cant understand is a smaller margin for yourselves,the latter may not be true as you maybe cut the operative to supplement yourselves.ive been around too long to listen to the we got to be compeditive,thats a smoke screen,get real.
 
Could not agree more celticbhoy .Forde construction you are over the moon at getting men to work for that wage shame on you.
 
Forde Construction have you any exp within our game i:e being on site fully kitted up first thing in the morning, lifting heavy materials around all day whilst trying to solve various access problems then on top of that taking whatever the weather throws at you. After doing years of training gaining various cards & certs and experiance to be looked down the nose at from site agents and suits. If you haven't then please don't use our site as way way to advertise your measly paying jobs and then try to justify the sh1t wage that goes with it!

Sorry but i believe that you ARE a piss taker, you only put those rates because you know there's loads of people out of work, people are taking anything they can get their hands on at the moment. At least it's extra cash in your pocket eh?????????? :mad:
 
Hi guys,

Forde Construction... I know his gaffer very well he used to work for me, am sure if he knew is employee was gloating about finding Scaffolder's for peanuts he would'nt be impressed.

I do understand we are all under the cosh especailly as agencies, but dont take the pee out of prospective workforce its not good for business and tarnishing genuine companies like us!!
 
forde con you can take a lesson in humility from fss,watch and learn how real people go about their daily work.
 
i myself agree that the wages are a piss take these days! but it's ok u saying all this when theres people out there that are in debt to the eye balls and have morgage's to pay for. some people are that desperate and have been out of work that long that they will work just to keep a roof over their familys heads!
