Why is it there's no work over here, if anyone has any leads for jobs uk, spain, malta, cypress anywere, tell me were it is, day time tv for a month is doin my head in. So come on advanced scaffolder 16 years give me a job. Tell you something else these agencies, if you live ten mile out they don't except you! Have you never heard og digs, if were goin for the job we can get there, get with it,
 
Thanks mate, Got a call from an agency to go last week but they never rang back - Agencies for ya

Not been funny mate but there's hundreds of jobs out there, I aint been out of work for more than 1 day ever. You need to know where to look and working in another country aint the answer. I worked in Vancouver and they are in the recession as well. If you are a good scaff you will get a job pis.s easy. If not then .....................
 
well come on then Einstein show us where to look because redwarth is right there is no jobs any more maybe lots of agency work but nothing big really is there
 
well get off this forum then you selfish little man- sorry - BOY , that is the whole point helping the scaffolding lads find work , you showed your true colours, it doesnt hurt to be nice now and then and help someone who is down , any one could get a job if they wanted to earn peanuts - some of us are after the money not the peanuts

plus , All the work seems to be down south , so , if you want you could go work down south for £12 an hour with no digs and bring home £100 - if that to your family now how can that work out EINSTEIN come one use your brain on this one instead of taking a little bra\t attack and throwing your toy's out of the pram

Ah right, lots of work down south, correct there sunshine, that's why i'm working down here. As for working for 12 an hour wherever you may be in the country, I'd rather work for 'peanuts' as you said than not work at all. I'm assuming you are just expecting a blue book job to just fall in your lap or something??? Gimme a shout when you have a shi.te and i'll wipe your ars.e for you as well.
 
Sometimes you have to take the agency work to get in . If you are reliable and competent the client will give you a start . It`s a pain in the backside but sometimes it`s the only way .
 
how can you ecpext to work for peanuts and bring money home to your family , its ok if you dont have a family but you cant work away for crap wages and still bring money home can you ?
 
So instead of working away for shi.t wages, you would rather stay at home with no wages kev? Well i know what i'd do mate. Some money is better than no money.
 
you couldnt do it mate its not worth the sh1t is it . working away for 12 pound an hour right ,
Then you got your digs to pay , Petrol , Food plus Keeping your family fed at home paying bills ,Mortgage. it just cant work out. So dont think your the big and Mighty Leeds Boy when you dont have a clue

Unless you actually have a family you dont know what your talking about

And by family i dont mean two dogs and a goldfish
 
Obviously not working am i or we wouldn't be having this conversation , i have just been paid off from Cape along with 50 other lads , as for the " alot more than 12 quid an hour "
I dont believe you maybe 50p more , even push the boat out and say £1 - And that's with you bonus . You must know there is no work up north thats why you have moved down south END OF .
 
i am from the north east there is no work up here. everything is down south . i totally agree with kev (even though he"s a makem lol.)as for vancouver boy you need to give your head a shake. show some support to your fellow scaffs. you are talking out your ar*e. your turn will come!!!

There is nothing at the min is there mate everthing is down south like you said and its not worth working away for
 
my apoligies got it into my head you were . didnt look at picture nothing wrong with monkey hangers or makems . good luck with job search
