WHAT PR.ICK OF A BOY !!!! .Ive been in this game long enough to know nothing lasts forever ,just been down manned from there myself ,was due back up on the 30th,but was,nt going up for 38 hrs anyway so they did me a favour, but you seem to be really relishing your fellow scaffs getting laid off a week before xmas,,,, strange indeed..
 
if anyone ever took any notice of nob on smack it would worry me.
the fact this clown can rejoice in the fact that scaffolders are being laid off tells me hes a troll and probably not a scaff.
ffs really havent done thereselves a favour with this job ad,to send men to a site in dispute is wrong at least.I would hate to think of men heading all the way up there to find out they are being set up as SCABBS
The fact they said Aberdeen when its Shetland could have been a mistake as its were you fly from,or it could be underhanded and an attempt to DUPE men to going up:mad:
 
Tbh I don't think simians boys coming over from the use will worry too much about the word "scab"as 90%of them won't even speak English & prob be paid a damn site less than a Brit scaff,live in a field in a iso container,cook on an open fire & won't complain about anything....normal streetscaffs won't give a fcuk about our industrial cousins till these international scaffs move down south & take route with nasc companies & we'll all start bitchin then

No you are wrong for once rob mack. People who are prepared to stand up and be counted when an injustice has been done are the sort of people who made the UK great. People who would be prepared to suffer because of a principle instead of being walked over by bosses, lords and landowners are the sort of people who made the UK great.
People who just accept wrongdoings without a fight are the people who have fuc*ed it up.

firstly I would like to say that we are here to supply labor to a clients that have requested it this is the business we are in. We also have family's to look out for and provide for. We have been made aware of the issues that are going on and we have let all the relevant people know the situation. All I can say is that ForeFront has put all the scaffolders best interests and well-being first. If people still no longer wish to go to this job I completely understand and we wish you all the best. However I do not agree with people calling other people scabs for trying to make a living and provide for there family's.
 
You wouldn't, would you? You've got your own agenda.
Unless you've been in an industrial dispute yourself where the working man takes the hit for greedy industrialist's profit margins then your opinion is irrelevant.
What about the men that have been laid off's families?
A scab is a scab is a scab.

Thank you for letting all the relevant people know the situation.
Unfortunately ever since the working class shook off the yoke of employer's oppression those who have chosen to break industrial disputes, cross picket lines etc. have been called scabs. Always have been and always will be.
 
Do ethics come into it with your company or are you purely profit driven?
