yeah brandy your spot on there just found out that the tarbert project is going thought planning stages at the moment with phase 1 kicking off 2012 and phase 2 2016 as for who gets the scaffolding contract that remains to be seen could be pyeroy hertel siteserve could be any one will just have to wait and see, it will be a new gas plant consructed next to old oil plant then when new one is up and running the old tarbert will be shut down and decommistioned
