Wind turbines

Pyroid scaffolded some offshore windfarms in Ireland because we got the best climate for them, s**t.
 
I have been taking pictures from start to finish. We are about to the 180 mark at the end of today and will be topping it off tommorow. Ill post the pics as soon as I can and let ya know any more info i figure out
 
I am the Offshore Operations Manager for a small Scaffolding company in kent and we currently have scaffolders working offshore on 4 Wind Farm Projects in the UK and have orders for 2 windfarms in Germany, 2 in Sweden & 1 in Belgium. The Industry works on a "its not what you know, but who you know" basis and is extremely close knit. No matter where the project is, you will see the same faces that were at the last project.
 
I'm glad scaffs have written. To say about windfarms as some have worked 20 yrs and never heard or seen about it ( you may know something but you don't everything ).
 
ither cumbria kendal or cumbria design are doing them in the solway i know this as yan of the lads was on me course but not sure which firm there owned by 2 brothers got them on there survuval but not another courseya need ot get offshoremite of been mist not sure
 
offshore windfarms

they do use scaffolding on the substation Kaefer cd have got Scaffolders
working on the London array substation and the turbines offshore and a couple of others around the uk
