We av a cupper b4 we start @ 8ish stop 10-1030 for breakfast work till 1 then stop till 130 cor lunch the off ome around 3ish
who started this....

Breakfast , start work at 8ish then work straight through until about 11 lunch for an hour then head back to the yard about 3 , works well for us

IF THEY WANT TO TAKE PISHH THEM LET THEM HAVE IT
TEABREAKS AND OTHER CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN HARD THOUGHT FOR OVER MANY YEARS THROUGH THE UNIONS AND THEIR MEMBERS.SHEER GREED AND IM ALRIGHT JACK ATTITUDES HAVE BEEN ERODING THEM AS HAS THE MASS INFLUX OF FOREIGN LABOUR TO THE MARKET.
i have always been at work early enough to have a cup of tes before i start.
Tea Break around 10 depending if on price,site and lunch at 12.30
ANYONE ACCEPTING ANYTHING LESS THAN WHAT IS DEEMED AS THE BUILDING TRADE MINIMUM WANTS TO HAVE A LOOK AT THEMSELVES
THEY ARE FECKING IT UP FOR EVERYONE ELSE AND RUINING THE GAME FOR THE BOYS COMING THROUGH THE RANKS
