Generally when erecting a hanger with system you lower the standard with a rope then pull it up from the bottom of lift and then put in the high tensile bolts,and then go down and throw in another lift.then its always a good idea to splice but if the correct bolts are used you shouldnt need to splice

looks like its been built from top down , lower standards on rope , put them in then splice, i think ?

If it was built from the bottom up they would all be wet.
