I am blacked with the company HE***L who matrixed me 3 years ago:mad: but the 19 grand softened the blow

my only advice is join Unite £11 per month cos it might happen to you sooner than you think..Unite hate the concept and fight your corner....Unions aren' perfect or everybody's cup of tea but in cases like this you sit back and let them do your fighting for you:idea::p
 
The big Nuclear plant up north pal don't really wana disclose name, 12 of us got weighed in it cost the cants a fortune no other company has tried it since............
 
poacher i am a unite member and have been since 1991 when it was the AEU. i was offered a job elsewhere when the delegate asked for the appeal meeting.i wasnt going to go on about it too much as it would have meant others getting bladdered and thats not what im about i only appealed to noise the cants up and let people know that i know they are shitehouses when they try to disguise the fact.
i would agree that without them at your back your fecked,it only takes the mention of phoning the delegate to get them shitting themselves.
 
could go on for hours about the negative aspects of the unions but the facts are £19 of Her**l & £95k of Sal**s so i cant slag them. I know they are double dealing cants I was once on strike blue book for 6 weeks all official fighting for the £2.10 nominated bonus SGB dropped it to £1.50 so we went through the stages for fu*k all went back to work after union withdrew support day before shutdown for £1.50 point is they are good for representation with litigation **** shelling your compo to no win no fee sharks..Join you no it makes sence in case of emergency fuc* the amblulance chasers.
 
Funny enough thats how the poacher got into the fun police after an acident did the shoulder in fell on the deck slipped on some effulent fell back and knocked the shoulder out on a concrete plinth, played the game insisted on an op scar is where the harness sits, convinced the independant specialist that the discomfort of the harness sitting right on the scar was unbearable and effectively finished my scaff career... so the insurers payed for two Nebosh courses and I was Lucky (unluckey) & got a lead in wi the fun police some 4 years ago think it was bad karma to subject a scaff to the management game especially being a member of the fun police the most two faced proffession ever invented production will always take presedent & priority.. the experience has been an eye opener tho...................Working in a pitt full of Vipers................................................................................................................

The matrix system is a ****

Especially with companys like Hertel and Cape where the nepotism is rife
so you can get kept on if you have more courses and training compaired to someone with more experience and time with the company

But who gets sent for all the courses going etc??

Not the guy with the experience and time with the company,well not unless he is a total arse licker,but even then is he is he prob wouldnt be under the scope of the Matrix
 
i work for hertel in germany and aint **** i can say, everything is bang on really we got a **** lot of work , im on a shutdown on germanies biggest oil raffinerie and then on to basf for there shutdown . everthing is by the book , no german scaffs here though . everyone of them is turkish . i dont think i come back to the uk thats for sure
 
Never say never TLK but glad you are enjoying life at the moment and doing well.
