Never agreed with the practice of using cracked/damaged boards for t/boards or anything else. They usually end up back in circulation and most labs are not good enough to spot them when they do.
Destroy them on the spot. (the boards not the laboureres!, well it is Monday, feel like destroying a few right now!)
