we always do what needs doing then go home , sometimes that means we dont get back to the yard until 6pm , sometimes its 2pm , but i always pay them the full days wages so its give and take and works for us

Too complicated for me when driving isn't your main job. Not many scaffs get close to trucker hours anyway.
