I hear TG.20 is being replaced, anyone heard this? if so with what?

Cheers

Not replaced just updated like every other guidance every 5 years.

They are trying to prove more scaffolds so lighten our burden off design and I heard the single brace may make a come back.

"Single brace"...could you explain further...

I've seen the draught, it looks ok. Loads more standard scenarios. Drawings in 3-D format.

Sorry boy's, single bay sway.

A beam as long as there is nothing above it which for me is a wee bit dodgy as we like to put them in as soon as we can to protect whatever we are spanning.

Still called TG.20 or TG.20 ***** updated?

TG 20 :08 updated to :13 as with every other piece of guidance.

I think it looks like a big improvement.

Fine as long as you are only going 4 lifts or plan bracing every 4 lifts. I never took to the double bay thing and the double bay one lift looks a load of b0llocks but they tell me it's the strongest option.

3 bays, don't think so Scouse, what size of tube you using?
