Hi Lads ,

Rainham Industrial are maning up NOW for a biggish shutdown at Spalding Power Station on the Lincs Cambs border. The local lads have been well and truly shafted on this one so any Jocks, Taffs, Paddys, Geordies , Mackams, Smogies , Scousers , Manks, Yorkies, Brumies , Cockneys or in fact anyone who has straw in their hair , likes to nibble on a carrot and claims to be local therefore forgoing their lodge allowances under the NAECI Agreement (blue book)

thanks for the shout mate but no thanks,no lodge wouldnt touch it with a barge pole just encouraging employers to do what they want.beats me how they can give local addresses id rather take a handout from the salvation army.

Fully manned up and not having a problem at all I've just got off the phone with Lee and he pissed off that his number has been put on here.He did say he wanted local men so he can save on dig money so if your saying your a local man to get the work all your doing is fukcing this industry up for us all.Once that lodge is taken its gunna be hard to get the Fcuker back
 
wel said lad once its gone its gone,spoke to 3or4 lads during the break pretty much the same going on in a few places surprise surprise it seems to be traveling lads from the same area thats doing it,but suppouse every mans needs are diffrent.

they want ya to pull your puddings out for them too while nicking your digs and beer money back, wouldnt surprise me if all these firms claim it back somewhere, they get it all back anyway dont they through tax or something? full radius still on the go?

i think uve nailed it there m8, its all tax deductable, these cunts wont pay it, then say they still pay it and claim it back , our game is well and truly fucked, so speaks another travelling man who was made redundant in order to save travel money, then job given to f******d from edinboro, who works without travel
 
jb what a dont get is the union is sitting back watching all this,from the stewards to the fulltime officals what the fcuk are they doing??its going to end up in blows all over the country the union officals are either not up to their job or they are in someones pocket.
 
a couple of weeks ago on here a guy from somewhere said hes been trying to speak to unite for weeks maybe even months letters/calls to try and sort something for ecitb guys who only have 1 year left before their fucked and need to do citb courses and he said unite were ignoring him, which is the union takin money from these guys, that shows/proves that the people representin us in places dont give a f*** as long as they get their 40,000 50,000 grand a year and company car, after all what kind of people become union men, and if they care, they soon learn not to. broken britain.

I invite Rainhams to name one GENUINE local who is currently working at Spalding ? The company is obviously aware of this thread as the contact number at the top of the thread has been deleted by Admin.

The rest of you scum bags masquerading as locals prepared to be named and shamed! Scaffolding in the UK is on its arse at the moment with the only decent work about being on blue book sites, this is the start of a slippery slope, whats next undercutting the blue book rate, SHAME ON YOU :mad::mad::mad:
 
Rainhams were advertising for this one at the back end of November they must have had plenty of local applicants, all the Hertel lads from Kings Lynn who do the shutdowns at Peterborough, Sutton Bridge and Kings Lynn. any of these guys on Spalding ? I know some of them worked there on previous shutdowns when Powertherm had the contract .

Hope when traveling men gets paid to lads these fuckers that have worked for no dig money dont EVER get there dig money back.It will teach them and the Fuckers who employed them too.
