What do people do with old packing/short boards?
Half our yard is just full of pallets of boards upto 4fts and we need to get rid of some.
Does anyone know of a company that will bulk buy?
Or crush/chip them up and sell that? Any ideas?

Don't need em mate got loads. Just haven't got the space for it all

Are you serious about this stair case malarkey i know you ain't wrong about much but you can wind up as well

By October 2018 the European directive states that every temporary structure over 10m high must have at least one electric passenger hoist and one with a diesel engine as back up in case of a power failure.

Band them into half pallet size and sell them on ebay for £15-£20,the woodburning fire owners love them,ok if you've a yard man,but you'll get mithered at all hours by some tree hugger who's run out of wood who only wants one pack and can only get down your yard at the most inconvenient time's,failing that donate as much as you can to the local authority bomb fire, after all, novembers only around the corner lol, also our yard man always has a brazery burning during the colder months;)

Do you know what i think u may be onto something there with the chipper idea...could get one of those heavy duty chippers & go around differnt yards clearing there scrap brds for a modest fee & then sell the bags of chippings to a garden centre
