scaffs beware nt rix

I was Operations Manager at NT RIX until last year when I decided to go my own way forming my own Business. only through having a desire to build something to leave my children when I check out. During my time there and I believe I know them pretty well ! The company, Ricky & Neil are absolutely NOT KNOCKERS as this individual put it. In fact, I come across some absolute prats whilst managing projects in London who I did not pay because they caused problems, lack of production etc and was extremely upset a number of times when the MD paid them anyway when he heard about it. He always said that he can`t be bothered with the grief, did not want the reputation and that it was a lesson learned. So Stan, You must have been useless or caused problems beyond what I could Imagine ! And trust me, I`ve got some Imagination on me. Please never call me for a start and I advise all employers to steer clear of this one.

Tell that to the gaffers eh?
Hindsight is a fine thing, ha.

No loyalty in the game. Not anymore, wasnt much there to begin with.
Cash calls the shots 9 times out of 10.

If you can get more money, take it. A gaffer wants you to stay, he'll have to put a hand in his pocket.

I know ricky and neil and have dealt with them a number of years and moneys allways spot on , i would say the OP is not telling full story

there are always 2 sides to a story here just because a scaffolder slates a company on here dosent make the scaffolder right

******* rite aswell have a spanner. If u go work u should get paid. What. So and I only refer to this as its been my exp. Your gonna go on tour and because you've caused problems they won't pay you? Its ur job to sort out problems. To cover days that scaffs don't do (as its nature for all scaffs to blow out. It happens!) And then try knock em. Who would call you for a start? Stan ur better off mate. Jecs- bellend

worked with some of the lads on the asda job folkstone only bad thing i heard was paye was quite low but as on most jobs some get more than others and paye these days is poor every where the whole scaffolding game needs a paye increase injection its s!it

good job that asda job was on there 2007 for mark Hilton subbing for alltask £170 for a 8hr shift self employed your be lucky to get £120 these days as much cuplock as you could eat lol!! ntrix had a fair bit too the lads seemed okay but moaned about the rates but don't we all

Stan sounds like every scaffolder I've met (good man). Allscaff will take him on :blink1:

People turn up for work and are entitled to be paid. If you have issues with them regarding production etc you have to find a solution. That is what being a manager is all about not just putting thick pen lines on time sheets because things are not going right.

Good post mate
