Jiggerman this forum was threatened with being closed down over some Libellous post a couple of years ago ,
Solicitors where involved ,
So some people will go down that road , sad as it might seem .

Bottom line is if anyone posts anything Libellous I WILL delete it
 
You could just put up the posts of ff when they didn't correctly name it was the Shetlands job and put up Aberdeen,you can put fact up and not worry one little bit, nothing to fear but fear itself.....it's the doubt that cowards prey on :mad:
 
Good point, well put. You can't be accused of defamation when you have evidence to the contrary.

Won't name names but a few years back there was some apparently serious threats of legal action after one or two members said some reprehensible things about another.

dont think less companies are posting on here because of jiggas and others comments,its because they advertise on facebook pages now,everyone has facebook on their phone and don't have to log in every time,scaffs forum was good in its day but now facebook pages like scaffolders jobs direct(no agys allowed)have the monopoly.......mayby we should form a company independent scaffolders I.S for short,mayby not,night boys
 
Isn't there a scaffolders forum group on Facebook? Who set that up? A charlatan, doppelganger? Haven't seen any reference to this site from that page you see. I agree it's much easier to use Facebook though.
