its not necessarily paying to get your wages , how much does an accountant charge for a years accounts ? £600 ?, works out to over £ 10 per week , with boss you pay less per week than that(£8) and you automatically get your years accounts and rebate sorted in your paypacket , several of our lads have had a £900 rebate this week along with being 70 - 100 per week better off than being on the cards , proper handy a couple of weeks before crimbo

It's paying to get you're wages
Don't talk crap

Do they get a choice?
Or is it use an umbrella
Lose you're rights
Give boss money every week
Or don't work for us
Why not offer to pay them direct?
Because you would have to act as an employer
The men would then have rights
My wife is an accountant
Why would I,and many others, need them to act as one?
So don't make out you're doing anyone a favour

Think octain use boss only done 4 days for em don't think there was a problem but still don't. Agree with payrolls simply because I've had rows in the past with guvnors ie " I've only been paid 4 days" and they say ring so and so there the onlys that pay ya and u ring them and the say its firm!!!! Very annoying think other have had the same experiance and that's a main reason why ppl are put off em tim its nowt personel against you mate

So you're happy to pay money to get paid?
Happy to lose you're rights?
Happy to lose hol money(yes even cis are entitled after 13 weeks)?
You ain't that daft bob

Many a circumstance of umbrellas not paying the full tax....only to shut down when hmrc tradesmen and scaffs come knocking

Why lie?

I've been paid and I am still getting paid by boss for the last 6 months. It's £15 a week to get paid charver and it's extra if you want to use their accountant.

And my accountant costs £120 a year!

Guys, with all do respect... I have worked for tim c "said" company for the last 2 years, in that time have been well looked after.. All i ask for i get, kit ppe etc asap brought out.. Never told "no work tommoz mate" "come back monday" like with allot, i think in total from rain and snow i have lost maybe 10 days in 2 years also 2 pay rises in that time.. Paid well also, allot more than my previous company and treated better.. And the payrol (unbrella) company?? no rights?? with the quantity of work we have no-one would have any problem providing you are competent and reliable.. Slagging off someones post is just wrong-some people are actually looking for work, but are put off when they read the morons responses......

So the umbrella co gives u holiday money?
Sick pay?
You don't pay to get paid?
You're classed as an employee and get the same rights?

Tim is a **** scaff and a ******, stay clear of him
