Scaffolders needed in Bournemouth

The only option is not to work for people like you,as for the scrapheap any decent scaffolder will get a job anywhere.
 
This has prob been said before, but the only way to stop these scaff killers is to stop working for them, yeah i understand that there will be lads who are desperate for work, but why are we having to pay some fecker to pay us ?. Get rid of these parasites and get the wages back to what we all deserve.
 
they compete against each other for contracts so it's common sense to work out rates will stay low as long as companies use them,as the lowest tender usually gets the contract.getting more and more widespread now with agencies,noticed quite a few ads lately they're just collecting names for databases locally,so probably the same in other areas.if it does continue and a high percentage of scaffolders are working for agencies you have to question the relevance of the nasc/scaffolding association.

All the agency recruiters on here insist rates are set by their clients.
 
Then why not tell the recruiters the rate they want?
Because they get thier cut that's why
You don't go into a shop and tell them how much you're paying for a mars bar
