Scaffolders needed in Bournemouth

LNS are looking for scaffolders in the Bournemouth area for an immediate start.

There is 10 hours on site with the option of 12 hours a day. There is plenty of work available.

Digs aren't included but there are digs that can be arranged for £10 a night.

Phoned them they said "around £14ph" for temp work on agency think its a bit low.
 
Thats About Average Hantsscaff, Its About £12 An Hour Here Buddy.
 
Agencies paying 16-17 in Southampton it's only 20mins up the rd.
 
Just seen on another post to be aware that this outfit are bumping lads pay...14 is a **** take get 17:50 an hour in Southampton 40 mins drive

Gmanscaff: We will happily resolve this. We have never bumped the pay of any of our scaffolders. Please cite your source so we can look into this and get to the bottom of it.

Obviously you're welcome to an opinion but slander is slander and our reputation is important to us. As recent "Twitter-Gate" cases have set the precedent we would be well within our rights to prosecute for any libel against our name and reputation.

For the record: we are not in the business of bumping our candidates and workers - these are they guys who help us build a reputation and help our business grow. We do tow the line between getting the best deal for our clients and candidates but we endeavour to reach a middle-ground that is suitable for both parties - I can cite you many instances when we have been undercut by other agencies where we have tried to get a better rate for guys.

Lastly with reference to us being on the Scaffolders Forum at all, we would be happy to receive feedback about how we can contribute to the community at large as we don't want to gain a reputation as an agency that uses you, the scaffolders, online home for our own good and does not give back to the community. If anyone has any suggestions about how we can do this we would be happy to hear them.

Threats to sue my friend will get u an even worse reputation then you seem to be getting already.
 
Twitter/slander you cretin, do your worst as a call to trading, standards, watchdog and the fraudulent way umbrella companies owned by the agencies are high on the govns list see how far you get with that you fear mongering idiot!

Most of these agencies are run and manned by failed sales people,be under no illusion you are not dealing with the best brains in the country,,,ok mr threatening slander lets see if we can collect a few cases against you , cant be prosecuted for telling the truth!

Obviously we can't please everyone and some people will (inevitably) see what they want to see and not focus on anything positive as they've made up their minds. Tis life.

But please consider, if the boot was on the other foot would you be so quick to jump to the defence? It seems you take another scaffolder's word as gospel when he himself is simply speculating on hearsay.

Please appreciate, that we want to protect our reputation - some times it's easy to forget that actions have consequences - if those consequences are detrimental and have a negative effect because of hearsay, then I feel we are well within our rights to defend ourselves. That said, it seems you've already made up your mind regardless of what I say here...

Despite all the positive we have just tried to espouse you have concentrated on the negative. Is that because you have a natural aversion to agencies and a bias towards other scaffolders?

I've worked on site with scaffolders, one of my best friend's is a scaffolder, I speak with scaffolders almost delay in the line of work I am in now. I know better than to judge one scaffolder (good or bad) as representative of all scaffolders. There are good blokes and bad blokes in all walks of life - tradesman, lawyers, shopkeepers... I don't want to go off on one but we would like to be treated fairly.

It takes different strokes and to judge all scaffolder's actions on one scaffolder's actions would be naive - as it would be when it comes to agencies.

We do not have a problem with any individuals, and the last thing we want to do is be the cause of animosity or the subject of animosity on here.

As I said before we welcome suggestions about how we can contribute to the community here rather than just - as seems to be a bug-bear - posting about work we have coming up. Many Thanks LNS Recruitment
 
Your a parasite and we dont need you, the loopholes that enable your existence are closing,how dare you make out you are part of this community, your a cowardly moneyspinner who takes blokes hard earned dough then threatens them with the law, cant wait to dig out your skeletons !!!!
 
Agency work is actually quite a viable option for guys who have been on the tubes their whole life and then find they are thrown on the scrapheap by their main contractor...

I am a scaffolder, I have worked on site with scaffolders, one of my best friends is a scaffolder, I talk to scaffolders almost on a daily basis even though they probably don't understand me. Scaffolders are the salt of the earth, the men who helped put the great in Great Britain. I wish I could have married a scaffolder and had lots of scaffolder babies.
 
You can't threaten people like that! Like a scaffolder would give a **** about you trying to take him to court anyway.Look,there's two sides to every story but there's also no smoke without fire.Judging by that aggressive post threatening legal action I would say there's something in it.Wouldnt be the first case of agencies knocking lads.Oh by the way if you want me to go to court and put my right hand on the bible and testify to that,then I will!.

If u claim to know so much about scaffolding and know so many people in scaffolding, then surely u know 14 pound an hour for this part of the country at the moment is garbage.

112 quid a day for 8 hours and that's if u pay dinner break.

Ram ur £14 quid an hour up yours and ur best mate the scaffolders a r s e.

Oh by the way SUE ME U TOOL !!!
