its an interesting debate, I have men on 16ph who turned down work of primetime last week on 19ph...their reasoning was that they been on for months with me no trouble and they are 100% sure they got work to carry them till next year, so they turned it down as it was short term fix, no security and they have been dicked about beofre for wages off them...I have nothing bad to say about primetime as its not fair to slag them off without facts....but I was made up my men stayed and the reason why...its the third job they turned down in the space of 2 weeks so i feel this says a lot no?...I have met men who work for ABC and are happy/and unhappy too, also forefront, also primetime...its hit an miss whos happy an who isnt.....it seems that its based on the site, consultant and the scaffs themselves...not the word AGENCY...all business is relationships and the strength of those is the key not the hourly rates...
