rang the company spoke to lady and was told the contracts manager dus'ant usually employ anybody over 35????????
thats me no good then im 50 lolololol
I supose 25 years experience as a scaffolder dont count anymore

Jakdan - yeh id second that opinion mate , most youngans aint worth a wan k (note iam only 35 meself)

stay clear guys 10.97 an hour part 2 but only take 320 home when you do 10hrs a day robbing ***** no offence to manager like but company is ***** and lines side is even worse

just a warning if any ov you start here keep your spanners on you at all times ive had my belt for 8 years and sum c u n t took them out ov van in lockup

that contracts manager sounds a right fooking idiot. this is scaffolding not macdonalds all the best to you sinders whats he want 20 year oldes on there fooking phone all day :mad:

This ageist thing reminds me of one of my fathers favourite anecdotes.

Farmer turns an old bull and a young bull loose in a meadow full of cows , young bull bounces through the gate and says to old bull let's run down there and fook some of those cows , old bull replies no we'll walk down there and fook them ALL !!!
 
contracts manager only been in scaff game 12 months himself so you can imagine wot outfits like no organisation or nowt i jacked from ther yesterday you av to work your own gear out n lot

I can understand Allan666 jacking because he had to carry all that gear for kentledge just imagine if he had to work out the gear as well
 
i used to always work out my own gear, or someone in the squad would, FFS is that not what its all about.

ive known contracts managers that have been in the game 30 year and cant order gear correctly, because every squad errects differently, thats why they ask you?
just my opinion?
