We cant all get £18 per hour. If you have a high demand for people you are always going to get better money. Thats not around forever. £12.50 is the going rate for construction sites in and around Edinburgh. Cant pay the same as Oil&Gas.

the money may not be the best but is a Carbon says along the same lines as is being payed for House building etc sectors.

Yeah c60 12.50 was OK last year when the scaff didn't pay 2 kinds of ni and he got a rebate at end of year , now no rebate and more weekly deductions. FECKOFF , probably go away n come back when ure ready to do 14 an hr on the utr , so fuckoff.

Stledger you don’t have to take the job someone will. As I have said the client gives us a rate to pay the guys and we pay it. If you don’t want to work for that then I am not holding a gun to your head. As for the UTR and CIS I don’t work for HMRC and had no say in stopping the CIS system.

We are happy to pay PAYE to guys or Umbrella but you will still only get the equivalent of £12.50
