The Scaffolding Industry have separated Traditional Tube and Coupler Scaffolding Structures and Prefabricated System Scaffolds, one merely needs to reference the Training Requirements and the differences within the NASC TG Documents.
Perhaps it is time for the Insurance Brokers and Underwriters to reflect that difference in the premiums ???.
I would agree with Morgan Law its all about communication and education between the Scaffolding Industry and Brokers.
Understanding and Selection of Risk Management Loss Prevention Systems is the key...

Revised Premiums for Prefabricated System Scaffolds may prove yet another driver for the selection of said Systems.
Question.
If one were to compare and contract the Traditional Tube and Coupler Scaffold Structures with that of the Prefabricated System Scaffolds which one would be the more inexpensive to mitigate against and why ???
I'll start it of with System.
Node Points are engineered to a specific SWL, which eliminates Human Error, loose Couplers ect.
System is quicker to erect thus reducing the time of exposure from falls whilst erecting.
System is comparatively easier to erect thus requiring minimal Training.
