On a side note half of what you read and my humour on here is mostly banter from myself and others about my ability, think of it this way mate even with my tickets ( or lack of 😂😂😂😂😂😂💋) I can quite easily still get a job paying p2 wages 9/10 times so can't be too bad joe
 
Having worked in the tunnels on crossrail i don't believe for one second anyone is walking gear 18 miles a day. Its like the m1 down, certainly big enough to get a machine or forklift to drop the gear near. The civil side can be doss on crossrail. The reason the tunnels are hectic is that its all bonus related.

Tell you what,put a pedometer on your phone,at the end of the day look at distance travelled,unlike some on here I don't talk sh1t,just by saying you could get a forklift to drop gear off says to me and other blokes on this job how little you actually know about it,I'm on for a civils direct doing and clearing good dough for 5.5 days paye,but carry on commenting on everything and anything and be first to do so,some of us have a life not just mates via the tinterweb ;),

I've worked on crossrail you fookin doughnut, i know what its like down the tunnels. I've been running civils jobs for the last ten years. Its like a 3 lane motorway down there.
