An old (76) scaffold guy just trying to stay abreast of a very creative industry. Love to see some of the comments. In my time I saw us transition from block and tackle hoists to drum hoists to cable climbing hoists. Instrumental in getting Safway into the Systems market. Up until then only SGB in a couple of markets. Cut my teeth on T&C in Chemical Valley and other such venues. Built some of the first concert stages and also heavy into bleachers and telescoping gym seats. And as if that was not enough built four structures using heavy duty shoring (and that is scaffold, too by definition).
