It goes one of two ways.THE COMPANY pays for none productive staff out of our dig money.Managers.If its an agencie THE COMPANY doesent have to pay the holliday pay and keeps the dig money and the agencie has to get something out of it so there goes our bonus

the reason shs are not paying it because they had to go to court about not taking local ,men on,on a job across the road
 
I know a few on for SHS at Pembroke and they are getting lodge.
 
Gary your right this game is fucked and its down to so called locals who travell instead of hanging back untill they get there quta for locals then bring in the travelling man it worked ok for a lot of yrs plus iff yev ever add the misfortune to work with any of these feeckers half the cumts coudnt put a nut in a monkeys mouth stocks old school not play school

No mate i have to disagree with you there because if that was the case traveling men not getting dig and travelling money should be set on at the beggining of the job like the locals.However like many of posts on here its the traveling men that are ******* up the the dig and travel money for everyone else thats traveling.Its down to the company that hiring as they are the ones thats taking it away from us.However you must be from down that way as this is your concern.What happens when that all dry,s up down there are you willing to come all the way here for no dig money and travel because if you are you should be set on first as your classed as a local.Im not having a go at you at all bud but like ive said in lots of posts ITS THE TRAVELING MEN WORKING FOR NO DIGS AND TRAVEL THATS ******* THINGS UP FOR US ALL AND NEED TO GET SOME BACK BONE :mad:
